- Full visibility across all partners

B. Service Partner / Reseller (Restricted View)
- View only assigned vouchers, bookings, and payouts
- Cannot alter pricing logic or service records

Status Flow (Payment-Linked – Two-Stage Prepaid Model with Truck Tracking):
Requested → Scheduled → En Route (Truck Dispatched) → In Progress → Completed → Approved
Payment & Tracking Mapping:
- Requested: Booking created by Service Partner → 50% advance payment collected (booking confirmation)
- Scheduled: Date, pilot & drone assigned after advance payment
- En Route (Truck Dispatched): Drone truck dispatched to field location; Live GPS tracking visible to Service Partner & OEM; ETA, distance, and status shown in dashboard
- Pre-Execution Checkpoint (On Arrival): Truck reaches location; Remaining 50% payment must be settled before take-off
- In Progress: Flight operations ongoing (telemetry active)
- Completed: Acres sprayed marked complete (system-calculated)
- Approved: OEM verification & record lock → No payment pending (only reconciliation if variance)
- Once Approved, records become immutable and voucher acres are permanently deducted. OEM approval locks the record.
